TDD has a race team?
Yes, Track Day Dynamics (TDD) has expanded its competitive race program with the exciting addition of a factory-built MK7 TCR race car. While originally designed for international touring car series, this DSG-equipped TCR machine will be competing in select events organized by the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) and Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR). These events provide the perfect environment to showcase the car’s capabilities while continuing TDD’s commitment to driver development and high-performance motorsport.
This TCR project marks a new chapter for the TDD race team, which has been steadily growing over the past three years. Originally competing under the Tilton Motorsports name a tribute to founder Christopher Tilton the team has always focused on building a strong reputation on and off the track. Now under the TDD banner, the team continues to evolve while staying true to its grassroots racing roots. The addition of the MK7 TCR opens up new opportunities for competition, testing, and community engagement as TDD pushes forward into the next phase of its motorsport journey.
